Thanks! It's my favorite part of the chair. I had some 8/4 walnut at the full width of the panel, but when I resawed it, I knew I had to bookmatch the grain.
I appreciate the praise! This is the first chair I've ever built (in any size). Probably not the best idea to start with a rocker 😅

A recent occasional table I built in the #Craftsman style - a nod to furniture maker Gustav Stickley. Quadralinear legs showcase the quartersawn white oak grain on all four sides. This was a lot of fun, and it fits our 1888 #Victorian home quite well. Pleased with the arch matching the window.
