Some people need to change the way text is displayed in order to read it. This includes changing size, spacing, font, color, and other properties. When people customize text, the text should re-flow so they donโt have to scroll horizontally to read.

most everyone who's written about this from a philosophy of mind perspective has also argued a definition of consciousness alongside it. tech guys post things like this without having "done the reading" so to speak because they believe other fields are beneath them.

You see it, most ironically, in the Domesday Book. In 1986, the BBC marked the 900th anniversary by making a modern version. It conducted a new census of the nation, taking down thoughts, feelings and occupations, all recorded using a technology lIth-century scribes would have marvelled at. A technology that was, a few years later, defunct: the LaserDisc. A few years after that, no computer could read it. The original Domesday Book persisted, unchanged, on vellum. The modern one barely lasted a generation.
