Venezuela’s crisis is not a result of U.S. regime change war. If anything, Venezuela is the counterexample to the argument:
- US did not invade Venezuela
- Did not install a govt
- The collapse is overwhelmingly the result of authoritarianism, corruption, & economic mismngmnt, not US intervention

Your claim collapses 140 years of very different events into one bucket. The historical record is a lot more mixed & in several cases, outcomes were not unambiguously negative for the local population , even if motives were self‑interested. I'm not advocating for our involvement.

But:
- numbers are debatable
- context is essential
- actions vary widely in type & intent
- Other major powers did same or worse
- “Terrorist state” is a rhetorical overreach, not a legal classification
