Work has had me busy as all hell so my private lessons have suffered a bit, but I was glad to get back to them last night.

@amazenggrace.bsky.social and I made a herb basted salmon steak with Argentinian style Humita and sweet vinegar pomegranate braised veg.

Everyone was very happy.

My favorite memories are travels that have taken me into the middle of an ocean or desert. Seeing a FULL sky of stars is a religious experience ✨
