And I did cover fiber crafts, too.

It features magic items that pay homage to Wonder Womanβs lasso and the string used to navigate the maze of the Minotaur.
The design document was over one hundred pages long.
It began with two thoughts:
1. For a game about The Street,
2020 didnβt have may street level gigs.
2. Tales from the Forlorn Hope was amazing but none of the adventures were about the Hope.
It evolved from there! We wanted to make a definitive street level campaign about building a community.
Your discipline in writing always amazes me.
Thatβs β¦ wow. Iβve never been asked for more than three concepts.
I like this game and Iβm taking a break from writingβ¦
On a more positive note: every dinosaur in the book is one that was on display at the original Crystal Palace and designed AS it was displayed, no matter how inaccurate. Accurate to the βloreβ of paleontology in the late 1800s. That was so much fun! No T-Rex because they hadnβt been discovered yet.
Cthulhu Confidential.
I probably shouldnβt have been - no one wants to talk about uncomfortable subjects at all, much less with kids. Still, it is sad I spent so many years not realizing because it wasnβt βproperβ to talk about it.
I used Doctor Dolittle as a narrative device for the book. To prepare, I re-read the first novel. I remember being shocked at the passive racism. Not because it was there - it exists all over Victorian fiction - but because when I was a kid, no adult pointed it out to me. Just glossed over it.
When we began work in the book, Popcorn Flavored Kibble wasnβt one of the intended missions. Midway through, we realized we needed a collection of side quests-style gig, so we asked Melissa Wong to write a second adventure (she was already writing Thing to Wear) because of her quirky style.
It was part of a series. Take one common piece of gear and make as comprehensive a guide as possible. I wanted a challenge, so I picked rope - which is essentially fantasy duct tape. I devised an entire crafting system based on lashing and camp construction techniques I learned as a Scout.
Which one of the books I worked on for it? I didnβt work on the core or the original six. Before my time.
Name a gaming product I worked on and Iβll reply with an interesting fact about its development.
I imagine a few of your fans have gone into Coffee Talk spaces and done the βVA-11 HALL-A was there first!β thing.
Absolutely. History must be preserved.
In TTRPG-focused spaces on the internet, this happens often:
Post: I would like to know more about Game X. Can people tell me more about it?
Multiple Replies: Game X sucks! Have you considered Game Y/Z instead? Youβll like it better!
Game evangelists are great, but also terrifying.
Playing Arcade Spirits. I appreciate it as an alternative future that hangs on one simple question:
What if Atari hadnβt rushed ET and made a good game out of it?
Someone didnβt like a proposed bylaw and there was a great deal of swearing. The proposed bylaw has been put on hold. Iβm not sure beyond that.
The question of the Diamond bankruptcy came up a lot at GAMA Expo. Comics Beat has a great summary of where things are that I wish I couldβve pointed people to last week, but sharing now for those still interested in updates beyond my βitβs a shit showβ opinions.

The old Marvel Superhero show has terribly limited animation, it is true, but since the episodes were copies of the actual comic art, no other superhero show has ever more closely followed the plot of the comics.
Finished 2064 and Neurodiver. Also read the Read Only Memories graphic novel. I hope @midboss.com continues to expand the world. Fun series!
Wow. I had heard a little, but apparently the GAMA board meeting was such a brawl they had to send an apology email.
GAMA Expo this year was interesting. Companies are absolutely feeling the pinch. The games I saw had fewer components, more cards. Barely any big mini games to be found. Except the new Gundam.
People occasionally tell me that Blades in the Dark is a rules light game.
I do not believe that is true.

I appreciate it. Iβve had nothing to do with the Cyberpunk TCG though. I am an advisor on the Night City Legends living card game since that works with the TTRPG.
I canβt be the only one who remembers what happened the last time this many new TCGs were introduced all at once.
