Well of course...

I mean that was part of the original vision so hopefully it does happen?

Well I think I have another one for you

Need to taste more popsicles after this one?

A very honest yes it's partially you, but I get where it's coming from but also it's partially me and my comfort zone of communication is xyz

09.03.2026 20:34 ๐Ÿ‘ 1 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

No, it's good to be honest. And perhaps say I'd love to hang out again (try to set time) but in the meantime I'm fine conversing but just letting you know I'm not always super responsive. Or something of that sort.

lol lmao these Newsom praising centrist Dems

09.03.2026 15:39 ๐Ÿ‘ 4 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 2 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

It is terrible and they only ever talk about it with regards to Democrats. The Republican will be like "let's murder children" and they'll be like "A BOLD STANCE" and then a Democrat takes a mainstream concept like "abolish ICE" and they're like "sorry, you can't be electable with that!"

As someone who rarely drinks alcohol that's exactly what I do lol

Exactly!!!

Anyway yeah I wish people would already be opposing this war strongly like you or myself for moral and other reasons but sadly I've seen it far to many times that most Americans will only be against it when it is perceived to affect or inconvenience them

09.03.2026 00:04 ๐Ÿ‘ 0 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Dude questioning my loyalty because I'm Chinese is textbook racism and is literally what ICE is doing to non white Americans. You can say it's technically not racism all you want but the impact is racist.

09.03.2026 00:04 ๐Ÿ‘ 0 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Wow now you're resorting to racism by claiming I'm in China? Wtf? I was born and raised in the U.S. My family literally fled communist China to Hong Kong before moving to the states

08.03.2026 23:41 ๐Ÿ‘ 0 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

And if they do care about the human cost of war it's only bc their own children are dying ala Iraq. Let's not be naive about our own people given that the a near majority voted for Trump

08.03.2026 23:38 ๐Ÿ‘ 0 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Dude I'm also an American. We've seen how our own people rage when gas prices are "too high". I wish more of our folks actually cared about the human cost of war but ultimately most will turn when they are inconvenienced

08.03.2026 23:35 ๐Ÿ‘ 0 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 2 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

I don't know why I have to note this because it's clear as day in my profile that I'm left wing...but I'm noting that sadly most Americans & US business folks will start to care and sour about the war because of the price of oil. Obviously I don't support this war for reasons inc civilian deaths

08.03.2026 23:02 ๐Ÿ‘ 4 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

No of course not. That is a complete misreading of what I wrote. What I'm saying quite literally is that most Americans and American business folks will only want this war to end and will put pressure on this administration because oil prices are skyrocketing.

08.03.2026 22:56 ๐Ÿ‘ 1 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Yes you are correct but sadly most Americans and esp American business folks care more about the cost of commodities than lives. My point isn't that lives and care isn't important but that sadly the impetus to stop this is the cost of oil

Care to show and tell for the class?

08.03.2026 18:19 ๐Ÿ‘ 1 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Jeffries himself voted for the resolution and I think you have to really examine your language skills if you think less than 2% of Democrats in Congress voting for the war is "overwhelming"

08.03.2026 18:03 ๐Ÿ‘ 0 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

lol it definitely isn't stopping Bibi but at least ending US involvement is a start

08.03.2026 17:58 ๐Ÿ‘ 1 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

And billionaires far prefer certainty of money flowing in than getting bailed out.

08.03.2026 17:57 ๐Ÿ‘ 0 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

I get your cynicism but if you don't think $100-150 barrels of oil and shutdowns of various parts of the economy bc there is little oil flowing won't cause immense pressure to at least curtail many parts of the war then I don't know what to say.

08.03.2026 17:57 ๐Ÿ‘ 0 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 2 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Yes Trump and his admins don't care about regular ppl but when a barrel of oil gets to above $100 and starts slowing down key industries they will start to care - bc they do care about money

08.03.2026 17:17 ๐Ÿ‘ 0 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

A. There isn't "overwhelming bipartisan support" - the house voted down the resolution to limit the war very narrowly (having a couple of Dems isn't "overwhelming bipartisan"

B. When billionaires are calling Trump saying they are fucking up business there will be more pressure

08.03.2026 17:17 ๐Ÿ‘ 0 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 2 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

He won't be held accountable in any meaningful way but angering a lot of his base and many electeds and business people from his own party when the average gallon of gas will be like $4-4.50 in the coming weeks will create a lot of pressure to wind things down soon
