After seeing so many amazing felt creations online, I grabbed some wool and a needle yesterday to give it a go. He’s definitely not perfect, but I’m really proud of how the face turned out and that I actually managed those limbs!

It actually has the highest frame count of anything I’ve ever animated. I drew every hand position on the clock face over a 12 hour period. 60 * 12, so that’s 720 frames right there! With the ending included, it hits a whopping 753 frames. 😂

Just a bunch of ways to recharge after work. Gaming is a big one, but I also have other creative outlets like photography. And quality time with my wife is mandatory… otherwise she gets grumpy 😅

I’m sure I’ll find a nice pacing eventually. It’s definitely a balancing act between this, work, and my other hobbies, but the community here has been amazing! Everyone is so supportive.

Solid rule! I need to implement something similar to stay productive. It’s so easy for one day of procrastination to turn into two days and then suddenly the whole week is gone with nothing to show for it.

I lost my daily streak a while ago, which killed my motivation for a bit. 🏳️

Going forward, I’m going to have a more relaxed attitude toward dailies. Keeping up every day was too much for my schedule, especially since I love to animate. 🫠

This piece was all about experimenting with heavy utilization of transform tool to animate the terrain. I had lots of fun even if the end result is bit wonky :D
