I love it when a child interacts with my dog - often accompanied by me saying 'Jess - no jumping & no licking' ๐คญ

He could sing that song from Hamilton ๐ต๐ต!
Friend of mine is an author - good, character driven, & funny rom-coms. The whole 'celebrity author' thing really annoys her 'cos they soak up so much publicity.
My point is that 'someone' would have to tell FB that the person is dead. I have no idea how you'd do that.
Perhaps there's something to be said for mothballing accounts on which there's been no activity (direct posts or interactions with other posts) for say 18 months.
Friends of mine were horrified recently to see the Tiramisu ones in M&S! There is absolutely nothing wrong with a plain, old fashioned hot cross bun ๐
In fairness Facebook doesn't know about deaths. It happens with birthday notifications too.
She saw the possibility of more snacks disappearing out the door! ๐คญ
Morning Womble from a lovely sunny Dublin. This week I have been reading The Wolf in Winter by John Connolly - part of the Charlie Parker series.
I think I still have a few of those as well - similar size. Willow pattern?
Beautiful flowers - and a great jug too.
Do NOT compare Angus's cute snoot to the Tesla logo!!
Wow, that's stunning.
Oh I don't know - 'handilap' sounds quite Trumpish ๐คญ
I always use frozen spinach when cooking. So much more convenient than the fresh stuff - and a lot less bulky!
I do like a Thai Red curry. Is that spinach in with it? I'd never thought of that as an addition.
I never liked them much either - could be a bit chalky. I did like Refreshers though. They really zinged on the tongue!
The whole point of lovehearts is that they're crunchy!
What are they?
Is Blaze not up to the excitement anymore?
That must be very worrying.
Morning Womble - from an amazingly dry Dublin!
Nearly finished The Haunted Season by G M Malliet.
It probably was overhyped, but still a great film to watch with 'proper' acting. It's nice to have films that aren't reliant on special effects.

How is your little dog doing? Is she feeling better?
But YOUR breakfast is the bonus treat! ๐โค๏ธ๐
Tim Matheson. I think I watched that show. I really liked him in The West Wing & also in a Christmas film called A Holiday for Love (with Melissa Gilbert). A handsome man!
Oh poor little thing. I hope she'll feel better soon. ๐โค๏ธ๐ค
Morning Womble - happy Sunday. Spread of eras & geography in this week's reading. Winter's Gifts (Rivers of London novella) by Ben Aaronovitch (2020s USA); The Shadows of Men by Abir Mukherjee (1920s India); The White Feather Killer by R. N. Morris (1914 London)
I had to look up what 'binding off' meant, because I've only ever referred to it as 'casting off'.
Perestroika was the 'companion' of Glasnost.
Oh well done ๐
