Hi friend! I’ve been a full-time caregiver for my parents for about a decade; I’m also a mom to a toddler and pregnant with my second. I advocate for and mentor fellow caregivers. To be honest, one great place to start is to remind yourself that it’s totally okay to just be in β€œsurvival” mode! πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’š
