It makes me so happy to see my party leader tell a packed-out Wembley Stadium this simple truth, which no other party leader in England has the courage to say. My transgender kids are safer because of Zack Polanski.

"It’s particularly horrendous to me when you have someone from within our own community who demonises a minority group. I don’t know what’s going on in Wes Streeting’s head, but what I do know is it’s terrifying for trans people,” he said.

People still talk about Lynne Featherstone and her hard work, what an amazing woman. Those same Labour activists, now councillors, don’t even come close to what she achieved.
Make hope normal again.
The tide is turning. Here in Haringey, some are leaning Green to try to win over voters they know they’re likely to lose. As for Reform, they’d be mad. We are multicultural, loud, and proud.
Haringey Labour are beginning to realise that they no longer have the level of support they had in previous years. Environmental racism and a lack of care for constituents, particularly in the east of the borough, are contributing to their decline.
Proportional representation has been debated repeatedly, but because it does not benefit the dominant parties, they have little incentive to support it.

Grateful today for my parents choosing to support a club so intentional about including @footballvhomophobia.com in their pride game.
On Tuesday, the CCTV footage of the Bilezzik gold shop robbery in Haringey shocked us all. This is not an isolated incident. It’s a clear message to businesses in the Noel Park ward, across the borough, and throughout London that this is no longer a distant threat. Please, stay safe, everyone.
Training data, thresholds, and deployment decisions all shape outcomes. If these elements result in misidentifications and wrongful arrests, the system as a whole must be scrutinised.
Given that facial recognition technology is already being used in Wood Green, this raises serious concerns about the risk of wrongful arrests due to misidentification and about how we can effectively protect our community.
It was truly an honour - also by that I became Britain’s second out gay Mayor, the first being the darling Bob Crossman from Islington.
