Black and white image of ziplok bags hanging from a clothes line. The clothes line is silhouetted against the sky. The bags, being translucent allow some of the sky to peak through.

One of those, "I need to shoot something to finish off this roll so I can develop it" which, of course, turned out to be the best image on that roll. Rollie 80s, Hasselblad 500cm #filmphotography #blackandwhitephotography

Twilight Cornucopia. Portra 800 and Leica iiif. As usual I don't remember which lens, but mostly likely it was a 50mm f1.5 Summarit wide open. #flowers #portra #leica

Late evening light on a pair of large striped umbrellas anchored into tables so people can sit outside under them. Behind the umbrellas is a somewhat battered and aging railroad bridge, a confusion of telephone lines, poles, and peeling paint which refutes that idea umbrellas idea that this is serene and tranquil place to enjoy your ice cream cone.

Sunday evening ice cream with Daphne. Portra 800 in a Leica iiif. I think the lens is the collapsible 50mm f/3.5 Elmar or perhaps the 35mm f/3.5 Summaron. #Portra #Leica #LawsonMO #filmphotography

Before and after photos, starting with a blank gallery wall and ending with the wall full of nicely arranged flower photographs.

Helen, the activities directer, hanging photos for my show at Bishop Spencer Place. Reception tomorrow at 4pm. I'll do a little demonstration on low tech ways to photograph flowers. Photos on display are a mix of film and digital.

Black and White film photograph of a seated young woman clutching a large ornate crocheted blanket or perhaps table cloth. The woman looks slightly unsettled and it's not clear what is going on. Clearly it is art - just kidding.

From the 100 Feet of Film project. In a digitally malleable world where realities are auto enhanced, a simple camera says no the homogenizing photo "enhancements" of computer driven cameras.
