That's very relatable. I think lately when I do that too much I'm forgettong to adjust for how busy/stressed I am in full adulthood, rather than being a college student or similar.
PANEL 1: A duck is saying "Yeah I've got the place to myself for the weekend, thought I'd tinker on one of my projects" but is under a gigantic flow chart/map of anxieties and sources of guilt and shame that I am not going to attempt to render in the medium of alt text, I am sorry, but that's just how it's gotta be.

Despite everything.

I remember playing that one back in the day! I should revisit it.
I came here to comment that it's fun to see people modelling pistols I'm personally familiar with, but yeah it's true. The magazines suck to reload as well (little sharp tab on the follower). Mag release isn't great either actually.
I still like them for their style and chunky construction though.
25 rectangular pictures of close ups of animals with different patterns that would make good prints. Weβve got purple and green stripes on a chiton, thereβs blue rings on a yellow octopus, thereβs navy blue and sky blue triangular tartan on a velvet worm, mottled black spots overlaid on a rainbow gradient on a lizard, blue and green eye spots on a turtle shell, labyrinthine ridges on brain coral, red and white candy stripes on an amphipod, Rorschach test blots on a crab, and teal and coral colored geometric shapes on a beetle.
I made this a while ago. There are some vertebrates in here but the inverts steal the show. I especially love the triangular plaid on the velvet worm.

trying to do little exercises each night. watched a really frustrating tutorial and discovered that there's always cleaner ways of doing things. when in doubt, redo it. a lot can be solved with bevels in the right order.
Top-down view of a river cutting through an evergreen forest cast in a blue-green sepia.
Some perspective and foreshortening practice :D

Here is where I left off with that one, last year... the goal is visible on the horizon, but there's still a lot to go.
