And the overall Moral of the Story is that you should kill every Politician, starting with the ones in Charge of making everything shit. Only then can things actually get better.

Of course over time they reach an Understanding and Isaac realizes that he really did her a Favor by doing that, which she later repays by risking her life giving Evan a Chance to save everyone when no one else could.

Evan was never meant to be ANYONE. He was supposed to roll over and die and be forgotten. Meanwhile Isaac is the most important Person in the entire World. As such when Evan beats her in a FIght and stabs her Eye out everything starts going wrong. Things go "Off Script".

Quite literally as they used the Souls of People to keep the Void pacified and any powerful Soul that could rival them was turned into a Tool to aid them.
Except for Isaac who was groomed to be next in Line for their Group. Making for a nice Juxtaposition between her and Evan.

Of course in my World Gods are just regular People that are really, really old. Making this Belief completely unfounded. But because they thought of themselves as better they created the World and made it the Way it is to keep themselves alive, at the Cost of everyone else.

So a big Theme is about what a "Good Person" is and about who deserves a "Second Chance". All of the Main characters believe themselves to be bad People at some Level, yet still decide to try and change. Meanwhile the Antagonists, the Gods, believe themselves to be infallible.

But it also went so far that he'd in the End throw away his Life to save her (and the rest of the World) at the end of the Story.
The Main Plot takes place exclusively between Evan dying for the first time and him dying for the final time. And how he affects the People around him during that time.
