He died in the condo & with her being an intuitive empath like me, she's had a few issues being there.
Yeah, it's being listed for $370k which is what others that are similar in the area are selling for. She just wants to unload it & be done. One of my gf's was pushing for her to keep it & move in herself but she's been there a few times to start clearing stuff out & is hugely uncomfortable there.
She's sellng his condo and the contents. Just waiting for all the legal stuff to be completed for her to officially be the trustee.
Well it turns out because she's his only child and she's an adult, the lawyer says she's to be the trustee of the estate. But we found out he had a will, it just wasn't signed so she's going to honour what he had in his will and she's splitting everything with his sisters 2 kids.

Howl has been a huge cuddle bug since he came in the house. Geralt just recently figured out how nice cuddling is!! But he's still picky about when he'll cuddle.
Thanks!!! That's Howl & Geralt. Their mama brought them to us 3yrs ago with 2 siblings that disappeared. We spent the summer socializing them to bring inside. The day after, mama showed up with 4 solid black babies!!! They all disappeared tho, hopefully to the colony the next street over.
Midnight shifter here and one of my boys will do that in the middle of the day. Altho apparently he does it at 5am too and disturbs the spare human. He won't get in bed with the spare tho. Lol
Of course, when I called the lawyer was "busy with a client" so the receptionist asked if she could help me. Told her what I was calling for & she told me she has no idea about the issue. So she took my info and said she'd have the lawyer call me back. Over 24 hrs & I'm still waiting....
I'm sure they want to know if my daughter wants anything from his estate. Like ma'am he couldn't run fast enough when I told him I was pregnant. She's not gonna ask for a fucking dime from his estate. I'll be calling Tuesday to find out what she needs to do.
I'm friends with his ex from after me. She's friendly with his sister and she's told us their mom blames his sister for his death. 😯
Figured I'd pop in to update about the ex... I got a letter from his lawyer middle of the week saying they're trying to name is mom trustee of his estate, guessing there's no will then. And it stated they have knowledge he "may" have a child with me and want me to call to confirm.

Yay!! Glad it finally got taken care of!!! I've decided I'm not even going to bother fighting to get my car switched over. I'm just gonna start banking the cash from my OT and go buy my own vehicle, then I can get what I want instead of what he thought I should have.

Not everybody follows the rule of three. If I remember correctly that's more Wicca-based (altho I'm sure there are witches who follow the rule), which if that's your calling there's nothing wrong with that. Everybody has their own path. Personally, I straddle the line between light and dark.

I've told her he passed. I don't know what happened, if he was sick. Last time I talked to him was briefly in Dec. I won't say I'm not sad about his passing -- I know he was afraid of dying young. I think what makes me the saddest is knowing his kitty (who he had for 21 years) has lost her human.
He'd pop into my dm's on my social media every few months to check in on my daughter and tried multiple times to meet her (think he finally figured out she was the only child he was gonna have) When he found her FB she was blunt when she told him where to go & how he could get there.
His parents didn't know our daughter existed. He never told them because they didn't approve of me. Which is fine. I've moved on. Looking back I realized I never loved him. I was in a downward spiral when we met after I went thru a nasty breakup.
I've spent the passed day trying to process, and not sure how....
The man who contributed his DNA to create my firstborn daughter passed on July 24th. He was 58 and I've known him more than half my life. I had to read his obituary in the newspaper.
