Asinine - Bam and his team should go for whatever he could get. A player should never lay off to allow a former player a record.

I hated the Gabiel pick but outside of that the aftermath of the Watson debacle is a multiyear effort. I’d rather solidify the surrounding cast & then get the QB. Worst thing is letting a QB get beaten to hell and not have any weapons. If they dump Gabriel, they can draft a developmental guy late.
Would you rather Malik Willis (no thanks), Kyler Murray, or Kirk Cousins? We’re stuck with Watson for this year. I’d rather wait a year and get our QB of the future from Moore, Manning, Sayin, and other guys next yr.
I doubt Shedeur is it, but he’s worth a further look. Need to cut his mistakes.
This☝️. You either spend outrageously for the couple top FA like Linderbaum or you get FAs w/ warts. Johnson is young and durable, E Jenkins gives them flexibility and Howard some stability. Oline is about fit in the system and how they play together. Digging out from Watson trade/missing picks
That’s why you invest in the Line. This year should all be about get the line right, add 1-2 WRs, and prep for QB draft next year.
While I didn’t like the Watson trade, you have a GM & owner who swung for the fences, spent big. That is not a move for complacency, spend big (& miss big).
I have no problem with investments in the line, having to replace 4-5 spots leads to having to spend in FA. Draft your LT and WR you have pieces to judge Sanders (likely confirm he isn’t the long term answer). Should be a few options in RD 1, I’m not worried about too many wins next year to get a QB
While Haslem has not been effective you can’t claim they don’t care when he has spent more money than any NFL owner over the past few years. They just invested a decent amount in 3 OLmen which is what smart teams do. New QB options for this season are neither needle moving nor likely.
I was at a couple of those (Dicks and MSG) and they weren’t great!
Was listening to this on the train and thought 2 min went by as the song ended. Quite a great journey. GOAT level show of course.
I actually don’t hate on any specific team, except the Yankees of course, but the system is broken. NBA and NFL have fair systems, the Dodgers have just taken it to another level. I’m annoyed my Guardians don’t spend either, need more of a salary floor too.
F both of you and your teams (No offense of course!). This is the problem with baseball. Very much hoping for a work stoppage and salary cap after this year.
Was there, it was and is awesome
#Cavs getting completely punked by the Celts. Celts present a bad match up as a 3 pt heavy team vs Achilles heal of Cavs 3 pt defense but lack of fight discouraging. A lot of bad shots and poor close outs.
I need to relisten to that Sightless. Though my favorite GOTF (and criminally underplayed) song is this, not sure Phish would ever play it 😢
Show 16/25: 12/30/18: Attendance bias! One of the best shows I’ve seen - first set opened with my first Alumni, Glide 2 + more bust outs, alternate takes on Weekapaug. Set 2 - Cool Amber (my fav Kasvot song) huge jams W/ ER, Light, Melt. Encore was meh, but who cares. #phish. Always worth a relisten
Some of the oddest technical foul calls vs Miami I have seen. Common fouls that the refs seemed to want to help OU with extra foul shots. Alls well that ends well! History made.
Peter Suder gives a nice edge to Miami but he has total Duke vibes
Wild game, back and forth, some questionable and crazy technical foul calls, big shots, and a nice outcome!
31-OH!
Insane game back and forth. Not much D
While I would always rather have companions, going to music alone definitely breeds a more observational experience. I notice the crowd, crew, etc more. I’ve done it when traveling for work or quite a few times locally w/music that’s a little too out there for my local friends. I hope you enjoy it
The level of machismo from this admin and insecure POS like Hegseth is both laughable and incredibly sad. They obviously missed out on motherly affection or have the smallest dicks around.
Miami has ridden the rail of ridiculously close games against quite a few mediocre to bad teams. At some point their luck is likely to run out. Just hoping it’s not tonight!
It should be great atmosphere. Not feeling crazy confident in my RedHawks tonight but hoping to make some history. Schedule makers set it up nicely.
That’s funny, I literally listened yesterday. Not sure if I had ever listened all the way through before.
Great show, probably my favorite thing I’ve seen in ‘26. KD is amazing at 69, ripped too. And was pleasantly surprised by Elgin Park, a lot of talent on guitar and a few songs smoked on bass.
Show #6 of ‘26: Greyboy Allstars @ FTC Warehouse. I’ve seen Karl Denson before but he’s best with this band and Robert!
