Steve Richards has said, I think at least twice on his podcast that Jeremy Hunt used to run the budget by Martyn Lewis. Can that be true? It seems crazy.

People will know their own condition well and better than any clinician but that's not the same as being an expert on the condition and the way it affects all "sufferers".
