It's a very difficult balance to strike, making time for personal fulfilling art while paying the bills & ALSO trying to sell yourself so you can spend more time doing personal art. Imo tho even if it goes nowhere, putting a passion project (even a small one) out into the world is always worth it.
The big issue right now is just being able to make a living, I firmly believe it's possible to be self sustaining but it takes time and perseverance which is tough if you don't have stable income. At the same time tho, I don't believe anything should stop people, we are all stronger than we think. ๐ค
Aint saying movies suck btw, I love movies, I'm saying HOLLYWOOD sucks,and they're bad for movies.

Alright new month new bills, but I'm also finally starting the dental process to get wisdom teeth out, cavities filled, teeth shifted, & chipped tooth filled all while being uninsured & jobless! :') so any boosts very appreciated, still working very hard!

It's very atmospheric for Gorillaz, similar to Plastic Beach which is why I def need some time to sit with it, but I got huge respect for the direction.
I wanna give the album a couple more listens before I give a solid opinion on it but this track is now one of my absolute favorites.
