I think of psychological health as being able to protect one’s boundaries OR let one’s guard down and be vulnerable, as appropriate — so not armadillo-like, for me. Coquina makes me think of a Latin-focused food service or something (similar to Spanish for kitchen). I like Drawbridge. Good luck!
