The overnight dusting is already melting. Oggers has been alternately lap hogging and cat TVing. Mendel is plaintively mewing in the hallway, hoping to lure me out early to feed them breakfast. (Not just yet, dear. Soon.)

American Crows are familiar over much of the continent: large, intelligent, all-black birds with hoarse, cawing voices. They are common sights in treetops, fields, and roadsides, and in habitats ranging from open woods and empty beaches to town centers. They usually feed on the ground and eat almost anythingβtypically earthworms, insects and other small animals, seeds, and fruit; also garbage, carrion, and chicks they rob from nests. Their flight style is unique, a patient, methodical flapping that is rarely broken up with glides.

Beginning to think the people who mocked expertise and purged the state of experts lack a complex understanding of the world
At one point I lived in western NY where I first experienced ice wine made from grapes left to winter freezing. π So not long after I found them, I ended up wondering if anyone ever tried something similar because cranberry wine apparently does exist.

Alaska's Department of Revenue projected $545 million in unforeseen revenue through the end of the fiscal year, due in large part to higher oil prices driven by war in the Middle East.
So...not until people shut up about the Epstein Files, Bibi is no longer in a position to hold kompromat against him re the Epstein Files (or anyone else in the Israeli government), or until Papa Nurgle calls him home to the Fields of Rot and the Eternal Plague Circus, gotcha
We spoke to Black women who started the Target boycott & who sustained it for a yr+. They'll likely never go back.
Teacher Laverne Mickens put it like this: β[Black women] will say if & when itβs over. And I can tell you right now: That will be the 15th of never ever.β

π΄ Puttering around outdoors righting things that the winter weather had set askew. Noticed three cranberries poking out of the snow.
Curious, I brought them in, rinsed them off and tried them. Tart, wondrous flavor--and according to online harvest times for New England--completely out of season. π
Thank you!

HELP US IMPROVE LGBTQ+ HEALTHCARE (there is a QR code to scan) Understanding queer healthcare experiences: Implications for medical education A survey-based research project Members of the LGBTQ+ community complete an anonymous survey identifying ways that healthcare for queer folks will be improved; then medical students and residents will complete a second survey assessing whether their curriculum touches on issues identified by the LGBTQ+ community in the first survey If you are over 18 LGBTQ+ and have ever received healthcare in the United States, we would love if you filled out our survey regarding your experiences receiving healthcare. This survey will take approximately 15 minutes. All answers are kept encrypted and confidential. You know what we're not griping about enough? That Donald Trump's face is going to be on U.S. currencyβon $1 coinsβlater this year. This will be the first time a living president has appeared solo on a coin, and one of the very few times a living individual has ever been on U.S. coinage.

I've not been using it that long (less than five years maybe now?), but for my needs it's been a good fit. It did take a bit getting used to the new UI, but that's to be expected.
I've not had glitches, but as you said it may have improved over time or I'm not using it in the ways that glitch.π
