Im gonna say it again: music is VITAL to games. Music guides players. Music enhances emotional moments. Music is so so so important. Funny enough video games are modern operas in the way music is needed to buoy the emotional stakes.

It's getting a lil TOO common to be the only one playing objective these days, this win felt a bit empty
Agree 100%! Zelda games having a good variety in theming is just another reason the franchise is so damn good. Same goes for Xenoblade, really feels like they know how to lighten the mood at the right times so that the darker parts hit even harder.
Super similar tastes funnily enough! Xenoblade 2 is my favourite (with 3 close behind) and Wind Waker is my favourite Zelda (with TP in 2nd)!

Wind Waker! It's also just my favourite game ever. I love the world, the music, the artstyle, Toon Link being so expressive, the story and lore behind everything... I'll always love it so much.
Nice to meet you too! Also yeah, the Jinjos are just adorable. I'll never forgive that one hiding in the water at the start of TTC though, child me was terrified of the shark lmao
Absolutely the same here! Zelda took up the majority of my childhood, and now Xenoblade has been doing the same throughout adult life. They're both such amazing series.
