Now my other brother is homeless, because he was dependant on mum. But he’s also a drug addict who doesn’t want help.
Shit sucks, Mac. Sometimes everything is too hard and hiding is easy.
But I’ve got an awesome husband and the two best dogs on the planet.
And some really, really good friends. 🩷

In October 2023, my stepmother (who saved us all after our birth mother died when I was 8) had a brain tumour removed. She was 84. It was a lung cancer metastasis. I supported her until she died in December 2024. I cried and cried and cried. Nothing wrong with me, my father was just a prick. 2/

In 2022 I supported (somewhat) my abusive father as he suffered from cancer. In early 2023, I sat by his bedside for 48 hours as he died. I didn’t cry & I thought there was something wrong with me. In mid 2023 I had to find my allegedly adult brother housing, because he’d been dependant on dad 1/

I think I’d have to sleep on the floor 😂

Took me a while to get the hang of the dip stitch, but I love how it’s coming out!!!

As a kid I moved a lot. Custody battles, new houses etc. I don’t recall ever having a teddy. ☹️
But I had a Kissing Barbie. I’d wanted one so badly, and I finally got her. In one of the moves she was lost. I don’t think I had her for long.
