I had no idea this movie existed, but it turns out it's on Amazon Prime here in Spain, so I watched it this afternoon and loved it! Thanks for the rec!

Letterboxd screenshot of my review for The Bride which just says 'Jessie fucking Buckley' because she is that great.
The Bride is an awesome movie! Definitely made for the big screen and not for laptops, so go see it right now. #TheBride #Letterboxd #filmsky
Hele avond niezen, maar worth it.
Storygraph screenshot of my March reading wrap-up. I read 18 books this month, my favourites were Sick to Death by Chris Bridges and Private Rites by Julia Armfield. I read mostly children's books, lgbtqia+, horror, poetry and literary fiction.
March reading wrap-up! I definitely counted all the picture books I read to the kids at school. #booksky
The world could be such a nice place if we allowed it. It's all so goddamn unnecessary. There's no need for any of it. It's so beautiful here. It should be so cool to be alive
Congratulations! That is great news!
Every time I post my #LastFourWatched I gain some followers, which is great, but I should warn you I watch movies for fun and I once gave a movie a bad rating for having 'too many boys' (I'm letterstomiriam on Letterboxd if you want to read more of my insightful reviews).
I think I would have liked it a lot more if I had watched it in 1998.
I thought the concept was great, but I just couldn't bring myself to care about all those cops.

The Menu was even better on a rewatch. #LastFourWatched #LetterboxdFriday #Filmsky

"... zoβn 445.000 mensen door ziekte of handicap niet kunnen werken, maar geen recht hebben op een passende arbeidsongeschiktheidsuitkering. Van hen ontvangen 245.000 mensen geen enkele financiΓ«le ondersteuning; nog eens 200.000 zijn aangewezen op de bijstand."
Nothing Mike Flanagan can do to top Melissa McBride's 90 seconds Oscar worthy performance in The Mist 2007.
Storygraph screenshot of my January wrap-up. I have read 16 books, mostly fiction and most were lgbtqia+, horror and literary fiction. Most of the books I read were on my ereader.
Sixteen books a month is usually something I only achieve in July and August, when I don't have to work, so this is proof that January was 800 days long. #Booksky
Noooo π

Very strange week. #LastFourWatched #LetterboxdFriday #Filmsky

Eindelijk kan ik ook een keer sneeuwfoto's delen! #Madrid
Letterboxd screenshot of my review of Hamnet which says 'cried so much I thought I was going to throw up right in the middle of the cinema. Also, Jessie Buckley, the woman that you are'. I obviously rated it 5 stars.
At home now and still crying. #filmsky #letterboxd #hamnet
Me too! I saw it at the cinema when I was ten and it was a life changing experience.
Letterboxd screenshot of my review of the 2025 movie Dropbear. It's a one star review and it says 'this could have been Zombeavers good, but it was Winnie the Pooh: blood & honey bad'.
I watched four 5 star movies in a row and then this happened (still kind of fun though) #filmsky #letterboxd

Great start of the year! #LastFourWatched #LetterboxdFriday #Filmsky

Letterboxd screenshot that says I watched 97 movies this year. Norman Reedus is my most watched actor. Chad Stahelski is my most watched director (which is funny because I have no idea who that is).
Letterboxd screenshot that says I watched the most films in weel 44 (oct 27 - nov 2). I watched 7 movies in that week, which makes sense because that's Halloween week.
Most watched theme: horror, the undead and monster classics. Most watched nanogenre: blood, horrifying, dread.
Three movies I rated 5 stars: Sinners, 28 Years Later and Final Destination Bloodlines.
I didn't watch any movies this week, so no #LastFourWatched today, but instead I'll share my Letterboxd wrap-up. You think I like horror movies? #LetterboxdFriday #Filmsky

It's been a Christmas. #LastFourWatched #LetterboxdFriday #Filmsky
Voted! Had to make some very difficult choices, because 2025 was such a good year for horror!
Storygraph screenshot of my december wrap-up. I have read 16 books in december. My favourite one was Eileen by Ottessa Moshfegh. I mostly read queer books and mostly fiction.
December wrap-up! #booksky

Haha nou dan weet ik het ook niet.
Oh, ik ken volgens mij niemand die het niet kent. Misschien heb ik gewoon heel welbespraakte vrienden π
