Unfortunately, there are no hrothgar in Alexandria (even after the incident) so there was never really a chance. All of the Dawntrail areas that have hrothgar have been utterly neglected in favour of more Alexandria content.
Male hrothgars in FFXIV only exist to be tokens of straightness lol.

Downside to fighting opponents with meaty pecs and bellies: Getting entranced by the jiggle as they stagger and fumble around the ring.
