I just want someone, anyone, to write down in plain English (ideally from the perspective of the service user) how this works; what it proves*; how it proves* it; what it will improve, and what some of the likely shortcomings might be. That's all. For some peculiar reason, this never happens.

He couldn’t guarantee that the pilot wouldn’t mistakenly shoot the Russians down. “Of course this is a crime.” Babuic said, apologetically. “He would be prosecuted under our law, and he would be sent to jail for seven years.” He paused for effect. “But he would also be a national hero.” He added, thoughtfully. The warning worked. No further attempts to reinforce the Russian contingent at the airport were made.

Absolutely continue to be delighted with my ~3y old @frame.work 13 laptop. Managed to break my fingerprint reader (dodgy USB electronics from AliExpress 🤦). Painlessly ordered the replacement part and fitted it now good as new. Haven't owned any other laptop that this would have been possible on.
