Rewatched Mamma Mia 2 last night with my brother and his husband (their first dance was to an ABBA song) and friends (who wore the “Gimme Gimme Gimme A Man” shirt we wore for their bachelor party). It was all delightful, but the best part was remembering and finding this gem from the NYT review.

YES. As a cis woman working in trans advocacy and healthcare, I have like three conversations a month about this with other cis women who don't want to be under the same umbrella as TERFs. Which, fair, I sure as hell don't either! But we ARE, which is why it's on US to deal with them.

Catch me ranting for twenty solid minutes about Christians denying the alt-right Christian Nationalists "aren't real Christians" because yes! They are! The fire is inside the house! When there's a fire in your/our house, that is ON US to put it out!

Last night we helped raise over $15k for Minnesota and Portland, and we did it just by goofing off. I woke up feeling a little less hopeless than usual. Feels good to just help to help, but especially just by having fun and talking about silly stuff. Let's do it more!
