My opponent Junaid Ahmed has altered a WBEZ photo to draw comparisons against him and I concerning values. The rest of my response on opposing unconditional aid and the Leahy Laws violation wasn't printed. All deeply disappointing but I'll keep running my race with integrity.

The parallels between the Hanover Park police officer and this daycare teacher's ICE case are uncanny. Both individuals had valid work visas and both had pending asylum cases. A clear lack of due process and regard for our rights.
