Looking back at how long it’s taking my knee to rehab I’m like why the HELL was I playing on it so injured?! Women’s pain tolerance really is built different.

Guys huge news in my knee rehab I walked up a flight of stairs normally, the whole way for the first time in MONTHS.

I had dry needling done in my knee and thigh today to help with my rehab. That shit felt WEIRD

Still so crazy to me that my team pulled off a freaking jersey retirement. From making the banner to the rally towels to the shirts the players and staff all wore celebrating Allie, to all the social content leading up. I’m so proud of what we did, and I fucking LOVE this team.

My job is so unserious last night but sitting at the game after the win last night making Bec Allen memes was so fucking fun.
