Earlier this afternoon, the Israeli military issued warnings for a couple of specific buildings in central Beirut, well outside the areas that they have ordinarily been targeting. Now they say that in those attacks, they were going after cash reserves by Hezbollah, which they said were in the basement of some of these buildings.
