The best game I played this year.

Fast, joyous and frantic platforming with a beautiful french slapstick cartoon aesthetic, with insane variety.

The hard levels are kinda autorunner-y and collecting the toons is the least interesting way to play each level, but those are nitpicks.

Pokemon fans leave no discourse stone unturned.

Rayman Origins review, so far:

It’s so fast. You spawn back instantly after death, and movement is at a blistering pace.

Its spins on the classic Mario worlds (e.g., desert world is Australia) are all refreshing and well realized with phenomenal art.

And it feels great.

Cons:

This season is over.

The Nuggets will be older, more injury prone, slower, and worse next year.

Pros:
