✂️ Yesterday I finally responded to @agakowalska.bsky.social’s challenge to make a collage from a single piece of packaging. I present to you a green (tea) woodpecker, made from a big Yorkshire Tea box. It was fun and I’ll be rooting through our recycling bin for more materials later on ♻️

I can't be the only one who sees this
But maybe it looks better? Also, it's almost historical to hold on to the tape being orange now because anyone watching it now will see red hi-vis. I have had the shirt & not stitched a thing on it for maybe two years.
What colour do I sew? Red or orange? I feel very stuck.
HOWEVER in post production all the hi-vis has been tweaked from orange to red. I get that red works better with the red Ghostbusters logo, but also it feels like a lie.
I know I wasn't the only one because beige work shirts & jumpsuits were sold out on eBay for ages. I was belle of the ball at Pride events for a year or two.
A while later I found a better-fitting shirt to update it to & watched Ghostbusters again online.
Friends, this is the goofiest thing to feel stuck about, but here we go.
The best Ghostbusters film, the 2015 one, had orange hi-vis on the uniforms. I saw it twice at the cinema & I got a Ghostbusters patch & sewed the hi-vis orange tape on a very baggy beige 2nd hand shirt.
