This past week, as my eye has swollen shut and I’ve experienced my first optical migraine I continue to think about temporary conditions.
Some disabilities are permanent and others are not.
Given how hard it’s been for me to see lately, I’ve used screen readers more.
Does anyone have any good resources on learning the differences between/skills to manage a team versus managing horizontally versus managing upwards?
Have a skills gap in my team and struggling to remember how I learned these things. Beyond ✨trauma✨
