As a UX writer, I've spent my career as an advocate for price transparency. It's expected everywhere you look: tax software, Airbnb rentals, restaurant tabs, concert tickets... Why should it be any different for retail websites?

The SFWC website lost a bunch of data and I had to drop everything to initiate an emergency server migration. It's still not fixed.

I just got married on Monday (yay!). One of the hardest things about it is changing your name. But no one teaches you how to do that after you've built a name for yourself professionally. Any tips on making the transition as an author?
