I have two 700r, and I've found a little dab of the silicone grease they provide for the piston in the 580 works like a charm for getting the plunger to seal properly after a deep clean. Not sure if that's the issue you're dealing with, but might be worth a shot. I use a toothpick to apply it.

I've found my Locals have pretty much shed the weirdo basement dwellers in the last twenty years or so. Might be worth a shot.

I dunno if he's got gitch on, but if you open up the first pic, you can see the pink-ish tone under the shirt to his left of the button line. Very common with white dress shirts made with cheaper or blended fabrics.

Hence why most uniformed svcs require an undershirt in their dress manual.

Cheap bastard didn't even spring for tailoring to fix the shoulder divot or the sleeve length - also no undershirt, love the fishbelly flesh tone underneath the shirt, very chic.
