I want to empower Sangamon County to control its own future by pursuing Home Rule status, giving our local government the flexibility to handle our unique challenges.
I will prioritize accessible, fair, and inclusive Sangamon County services. I advocate transparency by digitizing platforms, publishing voting records, and making participation easy. I will advocate for increase funding to the Community Services Block Grant Program.
I propose establishing a County Department of Budget and Management and two advisory committees on homelessness and Economic Development.
