I'm enjoying the holidays but I really can't wait to lock the fork in after the new year. We'll see if putting in the weight loss effort pays off; I can always gain the wait back if I want to, but it's time I had a skinny bitch season again.

Sheep sorrel is a very tasty wild edible (spinach-like in texture with a sweet lemony taste) and tooons of it grows in my yard. It reproduces asexually through the roots and grows all through the spring and summer!
