I’ve never really done the peroxide method before but this has saved me many times for bugs,PM, preventative. And works great as a soil drench for fungus gnats! I’ve used it later in flower. $30 on Amazon. Check their website out. A lot of organic growers use it.
I think it might be early stages of an aphid nymph unfortunately. I had them outdoors a few years ago. I’d say maybe get some ladybugs or spray lost coast plant therapy(my go to) I Could be wrong but that’s what it looks like to me.
