Normal office chairs are, oddly enough, really comfy since their intended for sitting in for 8+ hrs.
Finding one that has some give/bounce in the back means you can lean back a bit sometimes, and getting a plush pillow for extra cushion helps too!
That's what I found works for me, anyway.
