If the org connects itself to the world through existing orgs and institutions, the input we get and output we create will be mediated by third parties and that inherently dilutes our control over our own organizations. Be skeptical of structures and projects that take us in those directions
Are we setting ourselves up to communicate only to and through existing activist networks, NGOs and union bureaucracies or are we structuring ourselves in a way to bypass those gatekeepers and forge new, direct connections?
How are we connecting our organizations to social locations where we are getting real-time input from working class people in motion, and offering a message to those same people, ie, a positive feedback loop embodied in our org structure?
That means their other polling is ominous. There is a reckoning barely outside the view of the public that the political class is aware of, and I think it is going to explode into view soon, and the question is, will socialists be ready to capitalize on it, or will we be caught navel gazing?
