In order to help with the longevity of this event, Kacchako Big Bang will be taking 2025 off so participants and moderators can have a much deserved break and can enjoy the other amazing Kacchako projects and events to the fullest!

KBB has been blessed by the fandom to be hosted every year since 2021.
However, with the length of creation and dedication required, it makes it hard for other events to get their time in the spotlight.
It also makes it hard for the mods running it to get a break.

With even more things that people are planning and that's not even starting on personal fandom projects.
All that to say, breaks are important.

We've had 7 KCHK zine or adjacent projects happen, KCHK Advent had their inaugural year in 2023 and is still going, KCHK Writers are hosting workshops, the KCHK365 prompt account started, A KCHKween prompt event happened in Oct 2023 & 2024, KCHK Week is still going strong...
