No worries on not having an ETA. I'm sure all of us would rather V14 come out polished instead of rushed. With how high quality the work you and the team do, it will certainly be worth the wait.

It’s been that way for years for me, even when SANADA was near the top of the card. That pairing in particular never landed for me, and outside of his matches with Okada, SANADA matches didn’t hook me outside of his tag matches with EVIL. Dickhead ZSJ is starting to land better for me lately though.

Just finished watching that match. It was good, but it didn’t quite hit for me the same level as Saya Kamitani and Suzu Suzuki matches do. I get the same thing with ZSJ and SANADA matches. Both excellent wrestlers, just their matches (together and against others) don’t quite hit the same for me.

Haven’t seen enough of Syuri yet to make the call on her vs Saya. Sareee’s winning me over with this 5 Star, but I’d still have Saya over her (though that’s probably just personal preference at this point). Prior to Kamitani/Nakano at All Star Grand Queendom, I only really followed NJPW, rarely AEW.

I think a lot of Western fans seem to have issues with HoT that they don’t have with H.A.T.E. It helps that H.A.T.E. has several women that fit the goth dommy mommy aesthetic very well in Momo, Konami, Rina, and especially Saya (who I’d argue is the best wrestler alive today with the run she’s on).

Work or not, they can still run a Tsuji injury story from this. Not sure how long Goto’s out with him being in the new Street Fighter movie. Hopefully he’s back soon. As for HoT, I do like them. Probably partly why I gravitated towards H.A.T.E. when I started following Stardom earlier this year.

That’s fair. I like EVIL and the House of Torture a lot. I wouldn’t mind a short reign from him as a means to an end for Tsuji to get his revenge. Still, I wouldn’t be shocked to see them run it back with ZSJ and Goto at the Dome and have EVIL lose his title match in a few months.

I’m holding out hope for a Momo/Hanan final, but I don’t think that’s happening at this point.

I honestly don’t mind EVIL in the finals. Would’ve preferred Tsuji/Takeshita or EVIL/ZSJ, but EVIL/Takeshita will be fun. At this point I say, fuck it, have EVIL win, cheat to take the title off ZSJ, and have Tsuji have the feel good, get back moment at the Dome.

SLK’s already booked, so that takes her off the table unfortunately. So is who would’ve been my preferred pick in Sayaka Kurara. At this point, I’m hoping for either Mei Seira or Konami, especially because it being Momo would almost certainly mean she’s missing the playoffs.

Yeah. Sareee out-cheating one of the most cohesive heel units in all of wrestling by herself felt like it was a bit much. It’d be one thing if this was a Toru Yano vs House of Torture match where those shenanigans would be expected. This just felt like a weird ending to an otherwise strong night.

I think Seira’s the least likely since she holds the High Speed Championship already, but it would be fun to see her in that match and potentially set up a singles match against Mercedes match down the road.

It’s tough with Forbidden Door being one day after the finals of the 5 Star Grand Prix. At least with the G1 there’s a week of time as a buffer. I think it’s largely between 5 people: Seira, Momo, AZM, Priestley, and Konami. I doubt they send Rina at her age, though I’d love to see her vs Mercedes.

Good point, I forgot about SLK and Natsupoi already being booked. I think that largely narrows it down to Momo then, maybe AZM if she loses on the 20th.

Since AZM’s clinched a playoff spot, I doubt it’s her. I think it’ll probably be Momo, though I want to see her move on too. My hope is that they send Sayaka Kurara. Still, with Natsupoi vs SLK functionally being an elimination match outside of a chaos scenario of a draw, those 2 are still an option

Ending fell a bit flat for me as a fan of Momo. Still, Sareee’s doing some incredible work right now.

Hey, that just shows how much passion you have for this project and that it’ll be worth the wait. I’m also somewhat dreading the thought of a more difficult battle than that Renegade Tiempa battle. Took 3 days to finally clear it.

I would imagine there's at least some overlap in the materials you'd use, so I'm guessing getting one done will help the other go faster. Still, I'm glad you and the team take your time and release a good update every time you do. Looking forward to it (and whatever hell you throw at us in Renegade)
