4/ Briefly, this is a tremendous win for LN. Everyone knows the states aren’t going to trial in a week, and Rapino won’t be the one Judge Subramanian yells at next week if no settlement is reached.
I expect LN will give some additional cosmetic concessions to the states but not materially more.

1/ I have to admit I’m surprised at this outcome on today’s mistrial hearing in the LiveNation antitrust case; this effectively gives LiveNation significant leverage in forcing blue states to settle. With a weak deadline, everyone knows the states aren’t going to trial.
