Trust is interesting because it’s not quantifiable but it certainly is palpable. Teams with trust move lightning speeds faster than those without.

Instead of coding, designing or wrangling whatever techie related thingy is usually on the horizon, I spent the day installing our new induction stove top with a custom mount. Wrangling electrical can be nerve wrecking as well, but I’m pretty happy and proud of how it all turned out ✨
