I do my shots every Monday with Valerate but like you said I think before. Ethenate lasts slightly longer right?

I’ve also tried looking this stuff up but genuinely I can’t seem to find a conversion chart or something about going Valerate to Ethenate

My Valerate is 20 mg/ml and my ethenate is 50 mg/ml. If that helps!!

Ive genuinely just not used Ethenate before so I wanna make sure I’m staying around a similar dose for myself :)

This may sound really stupid. But for example if I typically fill my syringe halfway between the 3 and 4 (0.35/3.5) with my Estradiol Valerate. If I switch to estradiol ethenate should I start filling the syringe halfway between the 4 and 5 (0.45/4.5)?
