Unless you're actually gooning so much that it affects your work, time with others, and other daily things, looking at boobs isn't hurting anyone XP These folks need to calm the fuck down
The porn itself isn't the harbinger of addiction, folks XP

He is so born forty, and moments like this really show it π
Imagine that Stella gets remarried, has another kid (a do-over child!) and pushes parentification onto Octavia as much as she can so she won't have to pay a nanny π¨
Parentification is abuse. Via would want to help and would not realise it's abuseπ I could see it happening
Moxxie was being cringe, but it's nothing compared to when he was being Moxxine!
Lol at least Blitz was nicer about it when he shut him down π€£He's lucky to never have had to truly witness Moxxine! π¨

Which one was that again? It's been so long, and it's possible I missed the boat on that oneπBut yeah, the fact there IS a normal field trip does make it even funnier!
Arnold needs to stop making it about him, ungrateful little killjoy ππ
A tweet that reads "I bet there were plenty of days that Ms. Frizzle's class just wanted to go to the zoo."
Look Arnold, I know you were scarred for life after getting your head frozen solid while in space, but this is no excuse to be lying online
Just stay home already, let your classmates have fun π
I can HEAR one of the nighttime music tracks, love this game
I'm letting him in π
First he came for my children's card game, and now he's using DBZ? My fucking god, this is so gross
Why are these people shaming others for having a hobby? For having collectibles or comic books and such? Are they so unhappy in their own life that they have to be rude to others for their choices? Fuck off. It's not hurting anyone!
I've got my share of collectibles and I'm not ashamed~
I absolutely love that for your uncle and may he continue to enjoy and collect media he loves!
This whole notion of collecting fun things you like being cringe or childish is so asinine. Finding joy in the little things in life is so crucial and should never be shamed, especially if it's nostalgic
The moon shining through bare tree branches is one of my favourite aesthetics π Taken this morning
Vegeta sure has been trained by Bulma π€
Reminds me if Aziraphale threatening to never talk to Crowley again π
Some of the focus is on the cover child, Matthew, and how difficult it is to be a child of divorcing parents. It was done really well where we see his inner workings, how he views his parents, how it affected him, his mom's new boyfriend, all that stuff. It was very interesting
There was a fake sponsored ad, literally written as such, for a fake cereal called Playground Puffs with the book cover and a milk carton with one of the missing children, and then the next page said "Back to our regularly scheduled programming" π€£Aron sure does bring the funny!
I will also say, I appreciated the cute shoutout to Goosebumps! The books take place in the early 90's, so it made sense! Monster Blood and Stay Out Of The Basement were name dropped
Also the use of a deadly Skip It, I remember those commercials for that toy π
Blitz trying to read the map is so adorable πHis face is priceless
"I knew I should've taken that fucking left turn at Albuquerque!" π
I was in my twenties when I discovered it, but it still got under my skin and intrigued me
Ah, but Blitz has the excuse of it being a hallucination π€£
Or heck, it can be dirt! Why not, right? That's also gross, you don't know where it's been or what touched it before!
Dirt or a rock, either is fine!
I'm being told it's possibly fecal matter
I legit thought it was a rock! Touching a rock in the middle of nowhere then licking your finger is still gross! Who knows what touched that rock before!
Until Viv and co confirm, picture Maud Pie saying "It's a rock."
Display only, but I'm damn tempted to use Boss Bitch π
The way people don't get the difference between a wild animal that cannot give consent and anthropomorphized character that CAN give consent is staggering πUnbelievable. It's seen from the jump that our Sasquatch dude is a sentient anthro character, NOT a wild animal type
Welp, I've satisfied my curiosity with the Playground books! Was it worth it? Honestly yes. As much as it pains me that kids literally die in brutal ways in both books, it was still interesting to read such stories
Obviously you can read them timeline-wise, Child of Divorce still takes place a couple of years before the Playground and it's serving as an appetizer to the main course in a lot of ways. But it's so satisfying coming into it knowing who everyone is and what to expect
That's what really stood out to me in the writing. You can tell it was written afterwards, because the buildup and all the revelations we see in the original Playground is actually very satisfying. No wonder it's suggested you read Child of Divorce second, it's impactful
Oh yes, the death swing above the pit of fire on the cover does indeed happen. The tagline is that every playground has a prototype. It really does feel exactly like the experimental first step into the series before the actual first book as the main story
Warning: Gory artwork π
I've finished reading "Playground: Child of Divorce" by Aron Beauregard, which serves as a prequel to the original "Playground"
It was considerably shorter, but it still packed a punch and was quite brutal
Great news! My standees are starting to arrive at their new homes! Here's a glimpse of what they look like in real life from a lovely buyerπ
There were a few people asking, and this standee doesn't have a time limit, so it's still for sale in my shop if anyone else is interested!
