Tbf it was dead in the water before they were in power.

Crazy they keep adding huge, new digital responsibilities to its rota when you think about it

Yep, but a change like that would have to come from Central gov, not a city mayor...

There's only so much the mayor can do! But yeah, if it costs more to drive people change their cars... see ULEZ

Not to mention the huge amount of ads for financial investment apps - let's face it another form of gambling for mom&pop 'investors' but with a respectable facade.

Yeah, gambling is everywhere now. I like the odd bet but it has sucked a lot of people in.
People are feeling the strain and powerless so they get sucked in. Not to mention it is literally available, in your pocket, 24h a day.
Nightmare, really. This is going to become a big problem...

If only someone could have warned the Gov at the time!!! 🫠

The Tories opened the door and Lab installed the door stop. Now we are so entwined with Palantir it is insane.

Meanwhile in a safer, and saner place:

So it wasn't Mcsweeny, it was Starmer who pushed for Mandy to come in quickly? 👀 or was she McS's choice too? Does Starmer make any decision himself 🤷‍♀️

Lebanon... god dammit. The poor Lebanese. I just can't believe the pro-war headlines that are being churned out, like we shouldn't be avoiding this sh*t with a bargepole!

We have a little clay pot for such cursed objects which we keep at the back of our boiler cupboard. 😀
The evil spirits get to stay in our walls & we dont have to think about them much!
We sacrifice a plumber each year after the boiler service. It keeps the spirits cosy and fed until next autumn 🍂

The creepiest part is that nobody turns round at the front. Like its some homeless guy begging for change they can ignore until it passes.

Fucking hell.

As one KS donor said: "you went to university, you're elite and your opinion doesn't matter of they want to win the next election". They are just stuck in 2016-2019 forever...

I think that would be left to the individual? It would be a matter of opinion how you feel about or use that time.
Frankly, it is such a common illness (12% of all deaths) that most of us will have family who have suffered with it. Genetical susceptibility is not a diagnosis, just information.

Also it leave people vulnerable to charlatans. My gran spent sooooo much on gadgets and pills to help her vitamin deficiencies or energy levels or other vague tv diagnosis. It was early dementia.

Knowledge is power.

A family member is currently going through early memory loss and it is very, very disturbing for him. He has stopped driving, doing walks etc.

If you do not explain and offer diagnosis to those seeking it, it does not make the symptoms go away. They still know something is up
