This is my first too! It was a risk purchase since I'm a scaredy cat, but I really like this post Victorian medical ward aesthetic & the main character drew me in. Definitely scary but mostly just fun exploration and puzzles. I recommend the indie Crow Country. w/o that I'd probably have passed
The world is pretty messed up if resident evil is lowering my stress levels. This is on Switch 2 btw! Really impressed how it looks

Making a game where you collect mushrooms then use a mortar and pestle to grind them down and an alembic set to distil them. Then you throw it in a cauldron and get potions. You can use them on yourself to solve puzzles and explore, or sell them to patrons

The game is inspired by Girl's Last Tour, BLAME!, Cavestory and Portal primarily.
Although I recently saw a video and played metal garden and loved it! The large mechanical puzzles will definitely show some similarity to my own game since I'm focusing on mechanisms
The 'Utility And Maintenance Gun' the game is sort of like a 3D Metroid vania with new paths and areas being opened by new upgrades you can equip onto the gun. The scanner, Sonar, flashlight, fishing rod, cable rider, etc.
Is this something people would want to see made?
