Beautiful work! More data supporting relevance of functionally specialized myeloid cells impacting tumor immunogenicity & distinct spatial niches where this occurs. We MUST incorporate rational strategies to harness myeloid plasticity if we want to successfully deploy immunotherapy for solid tumors!
