Just realized that I made pretty much a Red Bull branding on that bike on accident. Yellow and red part was supposed to be some sponsor logo, but then I went "wait a moment" and googled what Red Bull's can looks like

If I ever do something more with this silly idea this question will definitely be a big part of it. On motorcycles. Definitely over the top and unrealistic but you know. Perhaps with a bit longer track before lances meet

Very random thing. There's this in-game radio dialogue from some open-world I vividly remember about a prostitute that had a brain surgery, fairly comedic. The thing is I can't find any proof of it existing? The most likely candidate is Watch Dogs 2, since it's the only GTA-like I played (...)
