January has been a hell of a year

Finished my first book of 2025! Not a genre I normally go for but I couldn't put it down - figuratively as it was on my kindle π
I was using my old straighteners for 13 years and styling my hair was always a battle. I just used a brand new pair and damn, I have wasted so much time by not updating sooner π

Very wealthy people buying up farmland to use as an inheritance tax loop hole is the reason the rules are being changed. Not to mention that these people buying up farmland has artificially inflated the value so more farms are pushed into the bracket that would be impacted.
