Lily helped develop OoCount, an open-sourced method that makes automatic oocyte segmentation & classification from 3D fluorescent images accessible. Importantly, this tool allows for automatic follicle counts & ovarian follicle staging & OoCount can be customized to fit images produced in any lab!
